Health resort tax
Health resort taxes! Why?
Every health resort including Todtmoos must charge a health resort tax. It is essential as only through these revenues can the required facilities for such a resort be created and maintained. But, in combination with the Kurkarte (Resort card) the following benefits are offered:

- Free or reduced entry to events in Todtmoos, and sometimes other towns
- Free or reduced entry to museums, swimming pools, culture facilities, etc in Todtmoos, and sometimes other towns
- The right for each person over 16 to collect a free voucher booklet from the Tourist Information Centre, which provides discounts in certain shops, restaurants etc.
- Free and stressfree travel with buses and local trains through the unique countryside between the Feldberg and Hochrhein in connection with Konus (the Konus coupon is on the resort card)
