Homemade "Knöpfle"
Have you already tried the typical wild garlic pasta from Baden? No? Just try it - it's easier to make than you think ... You will need:- 100g flour
- 4 eggs
- a pinch of salt
- a bunch of wild garlic
Pour the mixture into a large sieve and let it drip through into boiling salted water - if the mixture doesn’t flow quickly enough, press it through. The "Knöpfle" are done when they rise to the surface.
